Concept

Building a theme from scratch for the Theme Store, rather than repackaging an existing solution. Chose the Office niche deliberately — it has a larger user base than categories like Auto or Hardware, and within Office, most existing themes lean toward stationery, leaving the office-furniture segment less crowded.
